• Principal's Advisory Council at Newman, High Rock, and Pollard Schools. Advise School administration on the Student Handbook and other policy matters, and construct School Improvement Plan for presentation to our School Committee. 
• Strategic Planning contributor for the future of Portrait of a Needham Graduate (PONG), which drives curriculum and instruction. 
• Parent interviewer for senior district and school staff candidates. 

• Member of the Board of Directors, to set and oversee overall strategic direction and be an ambassador for Needham Community Television. 
• Member of the Investment Committee, responsible to oversee financial soundness and investment portfolio.

• Architect, Founder, and Board Officer of ICON, a Needham-based non-profit civic and cultural organization open to all. 
• Collaborated with Needham Public Library to design and produce cultural holiday literature displays.
• Inaugurated and produced the annual Independence Day event, free and open to the public, which continues to this day.
